How does the sword work if you have all ten suits in front of you?

If you already have all 10 suits, the sword does nothing...unless you play with the optional "Traits" rule. One of Black Bonnie's traits lets you steal anything, even if it's a suit you already have.

Can more than 4 play if you add another deck?

We have played with up to 6 players on one deck without any issues. Adding another deck means numbers are duplicated, which doesn't matter too much. When drawing from the deck, it is duplication of a suit, not its number, that matters. If a player draws the same suit during a single turn, then that turn is over and those cards go to the discard deck (except for cards benefiting from anchor card special abilities). At the end of the game, a player only uses the highest number within each suit to calculate the final score; other cards are ignored. Highest total score wins.

Recommended age for this game is +13. I've played it with a7 yr old, but the product description is completely wrong as it says recommended ages 8-15.
