This is everything you need in one pack. Sometimes I break up the pack in half and take with lunch and the rest with dinner or I take all at one time depending how my day looks. But yes this is great for athletes and very active people who do not have the time to look else where for vitamins and minerals. Great job Healthy and Fit. The dose is to high. The vitamin smell comes out of my sweat glands.

My go to. Vitamins are great but look closely at the pics! The box was crushed and, yes, that's a tablet that was found inside the packaging though the box remains unopened! Haven't opened the box yet but I could be returning it. Not good impression.
