Taste and it works for weight loss

You can read a million reviews and get an idea of what to expect from a product but the fact of the matter is until you do the research (read the label) and or buy a product (actually taste it, don't make a decision based on someone else's tastebuds) you can't make the best decision. I know the ingredients may not be the very best on the market but I'm sure everyone eats or drinks some things because they taste good. I live a high protein low carb life and of all the protein I've tried this one which I mix with light vanilla soy milk and a couple strawberries is by far the best tasting. I love that it is thick and creamy like an actual shake. To me these are my cheat snacks. I know you can buy better protein powder but to me I but this for low carb/high protein but most of all taste.

I am lactose intolerant and this product doesn’t bother my stomach at all, tastes great.

Powder taste is great flavor not bland. This product really works and helps you stay full.

I like using this product because it is easy to prepare and provides vitamins and protein for breakfast.
