Battery was dead when arrived but all else was good

Arrived quickly. Just as advertised. It was easy to install and set up. It will work great as a secondary computer and is much lighter than my previous set up

The computer arrived with one bar left on the battery. I bought a brand new dive computer with a dead battery! Out of 10 freshwater dives, it recorded one. The recording issue may be operator error or the fact that the battery is almost dead, I don’t know but I can’t see why I didn’t record the dives. I have to buy a new battery to troubleshoot it and I have to order the battery or pay outrageous prices at a shop. There is a good chance I’m probably gonna have to return this computer. It seems like it was used. The stickers on the box were opened when I got it and it does have a recorded dive from January 12 on it. I got this computer on December 1. I don’t know if that was for a test or the fact that it was used once, didn’t work right and was returned. The fact that the battery is dead, leads me to believe that this product was used and sold to me as new. The second picture you can see the battery has one bar. Very disappointing for such an important piece of equipment. Maybe I should’ve chose an oceanic computer or maybe just a different company to buy it from, I don’t know.

6 dives in salt water, so far, so good.
