Don't tell anyone that I mounted this wall/ceiling return air grill on the floor. Ha! But it was what I wanted and no one walks where it is mounted. Works great! Highly recommend for a ceiling mount.

I used this to replace a very old rusted air return and it worked great!There were some mixed reviews about it being damaged in shipping so I looked around for a while for one local but I guess mine is an odd size so I took the risk.The top part of mine had a bend, but it was easily mended by hand; the rest was straight luckily.It installed easily but I replaced the included screws with 3” t25 ones I had laying around because they had painted heads and didn’t turn with my impact driver easily.The fit was great for me. Once installed the vent was sturdy, and the air flow was definitely improved.The thickness of the paint on the panel seems a bit thick and there is paint build up on some of the fins but that may be the worst part about it.I suggest looking at your local hardware store for these so you can sort through them and get one in good shape, but if you have an odd size like I do - this is a great option!

Top and bottom edge is badly damaged and it's bent in several places. Only came with 2 screws instead of 4. I feel like It was a returned item and then sent to me!
