Curdle is a basic property of camel milk
This is an amazing product. I saw some reviews where people have mentioned it was curdle.. those who live in Rajasthan know that camel milk becomes curdle almost immediately.. so it's basically an unavoidable characteristic of camel milk.

Did not like it
The texture of this milk really falls apart when used with warm drinks. I recommend you look for other varieties provided by amul.
