This broom head has three functions. A rubber brush, a squeegee on the side and two catches on the top (those dark green ovals) which allow to attach a mop to just by pressing into the rubber catches.Bought this broom to clean the bathroom floor. The rubber brush is soft and helps to clean dirt when required off tiles that have grooves in them. The rubber bristles are able to get into the gaps better. But the best part is the squeegee which can be used in any direction, pulling or pushing unlike the scoth brite one which only works in one direction. It clears all water away like magic off the bathroom floor. A rubber squeegee will beat a cheaper cost foam squeegee at clearing water every time and is more durable to boot provided it isn't used over a rough surface. Use on a smooth surface always.This is just the head so a handle has to be purchased in addition to use. This head is part of a number of heads that are interchangeable with the handle. I also have a xtra brush which i can use with the same handle.

I used it as described & even to wash the tiles in my patio. It cleaned up so well even without any cleaning agent, the tiles were shining. I have dogs in the house and found this brush the best to remove dust & dog hair from carpets & upholstery. It works better than any other carpet brush available in the market & Carpets/rugs look vacuumed . Since the bristles are rubber, they are very gentle but brushes thoroughly. This has turned out to be my favourite brush from Leifheit’s range and plan to buy one more. Only thing is I found the telescopic handle a little too heavy, maybe I need more practice. Its a definite must-have and Leifheit is a brand I’ve used over the years.

Excellent product. I use this in my bathroom to wash it almost on a daily basis, wipe the tiles if they are wet and then dry them with a rag snuck into its 'eye catches'. The catches hold the cloth perfectly and it never comes off during the whole process. The rubber bristles are very handy for daily washing of floors and brushing carpets. I would suggest a hard bristles brush for deep cleaning along side this. The finish and quality is impeccable. The colour is simply elegant. It's their trademark colour and this has become my favourite brand in cleaning products. Worth every penny!
