I love strawberries, but I live alone...
I like having these on-hand for cereal toppings and often in the morning I will eat yogurt with a sprinkle of granola. I sprinkle a few crushed, dried strawberries on as well and man, these strawberries are flavorful and easy to eat. I will be buying these regularly from now on, they are THAT good!

Love these!! Starbucks puts these in the Strawberry Acai refreshers!!
I love these strawberries and this is a good value when available, I have had it run out of stock on a couple of purchase attempts. I like to put them in my glass of lemonade, also wine and other drinks!! They are great and crunchy out of the jar as a snack also. If you open the jar - use them ASAP as the crunchiness will suffer after the jar is open. They are still fine to put in drinks at that point but not good crunchy snacks! If you have trouble getting good fresh strawberries in your area or they tend to go bad in your frig before you use them all, I highly recommend these as a substitute. BTW Starbucks puts these in the Strawberry Acai refreshers!!

The Freshest and Best Tasting Dried Fruit I Ever Tasted!
I have ordered this flavor and 1 more (banana) , more than 10 times since the beginning of May. Up 'till then, I had been ordering whoever could ship the fastest. Once I discovered these, I only ordered these, most often in amounts of 5-8 containers of each(banana and strawberry) at a time! I like to keep at least 6 containers of each in my pantry at all times. I used to dehydrate my own fruit until it got too time consuming for me to slice it all, as I injured the top.of my spine. This is the next best thing to drying your own fruit I have ever tasted. These are the freshest, best tasting, value and packaged dried fruit, I have ever eaten! And I'm not stopping anytime soon. Monday, more of both flavors are coming! These are awesome. I mix the 2 together in a ziplock bag, and just munch all day long! Unless they go out of business, I won't order ANY other kind! They have got a customer for life!

Not consistent in size
Two of my triplets have autism and the food aversions that tend to go along with that diagnosis. They don't like "wet" food which makes fresh vegetables and fruits very difficult. Our solution was to offer them freeze dried fruit (regular dried fruit was too squishy). We used to get the Kirkland brand at Costco, but we moved six months ago and aren't anywhere near a Costco so...we tried these. My kids eat them just fine. So flavor obviously is fine (I personally find them to be too tart, but that was true of the other freeze dried strawberries as well). We go through them really quickly because they are a favorite with my kids. My only complaint is that a fair amount of them are crumbled into really small pieces. It isn't described as being "slices", but based on the picture, that is what I anticipated. Because of that, some of it goes to waste because my kids don't want the small bits sprinkled on anything. So, we dig out the bigger pieces that are easier for my 3 year old triplets to pick up, and call it good enough. Even with the waste, it's a better deal than Target's version when you use the subscribe & save program.

Great buy!
It was an absolutely great choice and you get way more for the prices compared to other brands. And still very fresh tasting!

So if you want maybe 4 oz of FD fruit then you can make a better purchase shopping around
Misleading Ad Content There is NO way this could be interpreted as a quart of freeze dried strawberries- by any reality based measuring system ! I could have had a full 16 ozs. for less money if I had been patient ( the bulk product was back ordered). The manufacturer is intentionally misleading people- the scale of the photograph implies a quart sized container, their ads to their labels are clearly printed "One Full Quart", perhaps someone estimated the contents of a quart of berries and rather than slicing and weighing to judge the volume, just visually assumed the volume was similar- at best- the the stated 'quart' of freeze dried anything they sell! You can probably guess I am a bit pissed:Mother Earth probably figures no one could possibly question a variable product since each 'quart' of fruit will vary in weight from fresh throughout the freeze drying process. THERE ARE MAYBE 4 ozs OF ACTUAL FREEZE-DRIED FRUIT related material in the plastic containers.(the company sells many varieties of freeze-dried fruit). That said, the strawberries, in this instance , are as expected:This canister had mostly whole slices and maybe powder-y stuff at the bottom They were cut a bit oddly.I had some that were sliced lengthwise and had all the seeds possible in an outside slice! Second, some were ripe, some not so much- the flavor (very tart in 90% of the contents). However they are fresh and fragrant with no bruised berries, at least in this canister of freeze-dried fruit.. So if you want maybe 4 oz of FD fruit then you can make a better purchase shopping around! I really hate being tricked and this ad copy/content accomplishes their goal. too well: from visually misleading proportions of the plastic canister ( which I fell for), to implying they are selling an actual quart of sliced freeze-dried strawberries they don't say an estimated quart of fruit freeze-dried and then packaged If I would have been more diligent I would have checked the product's specifications and stated weight- that would have been the clue to the excessively small amount of freeze dried fruit from this manufacturer.Won't be buying this one again. It is cheaper locally in bulk at the grocery and there are other Amazon sellers offering more for less and similar weights packaged in a variety of options according to each offer !
