I have a big head, but not a huge one. This barely fits. The design is a joke. It has ear slots, that in no way line up with your ears. I'm a figurative sculptor and know that the ears sit back from the jaw and the crown of the head are not in one line. These were designed as if they were. If you use the ear slot, then it aligns to the back of your head and slips off. If you try to put it to the top of your head while using the ear slots, it is uncomfortable on the ears or simply doesn't fit unless you have a very small head. Look at the images closely, they are photo shopped. That handsome man sleeping with the strap on was NOT actually wearing this strap. Read the other reviews, many are not even for this product. I was so duped. I should have taken the time to read the reviews. The inner mesh chin guard is not comfortable, digs into the skin. Its more comfortable inside out.I wanted to return this, but the Amazon lockers in my area are always full. UPS doesn't pick-up when scheduled. My time is more valuable than the $11 spent on this joke of a design. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

This product was laughably terrible. It did not fit at all like the picture shows. I was barely able to fasten the velcro closure on the top of my head. The ear holes simply are no where near where a normal human's ears are. I tried re-positioning in front of my ears, which was better, but the the strap slid back under my chin toward my neck. It was terribly uncomfortable. I gave it a try anyway and lasted about an hour. Try another device because this one is no better than just tying a napkin around your head and jaw.
