Looks great. Works great for hansgrohe shower heads. See picture
This chrome hose was simple to install on our new chrome shower head. All parts are made by hansgrohe so the fit is ideal and there are no water leakage issues and the pressure is great. Wifey likes a hose on our master bath shower because it aids in cleaning the tile walls. Overall, despite the steep price, this was a worthwhile purchase. I attached a picture for reference.

Only lasted 2.5 to 5 years and customer service was very rude
The hose broke after 5 years and the replacement broke after 2.5 years. Hansgrohe customer service was horrible. I contacted them to get a warranty replacement and the agent was extremely rude. She gave me a hard time because I bought it from Amazon even though I made sure it was "sold by Amazon." She eventually did send a replacement which took nine days to arrive.

Does the job
This hose fits the shower head perfectly and solved the leaking problem I was having with the old one. The only drawback is that it is pretty stiff and doesn't lie flat against the shower wall. It sticks out because it is not flexible and gets in the way when using the shower. I had hoped that it was just because it was new and that it would get more flexible with use but it has been almost two months and it has not relaxed yet.

Exact replacement
Bought my house years ago, it had hansgrohe bath fittings. The hose leaked a little but didn't bother me until a couple nights ago. Noticed the hose was ballooning more water was coming out than usual. Finally time to replace the hose after 13 yrs of letting it go. It's a direct replacement hose, a bit expensive and I got the wrong color(my fault) but shower is like new again.

A replacement hose for a previous one that broke. So one should assume an inherent weakness in the hose connection itself. I'm just glad I could find one. No problem with water pressure.
