I think this is a great product. I take three capsules with my dinner every day. I heard that cinnamon works and helping lowering blood sugar levels. Haven’t had a blood test yet but don’t buy the fake ones like they sell in Walmart that is just plain simple cinnamon read the comments on this one and on the label and you would see the difference

Only a faint taste of cinnamon and does not seem to upset stomach in anyway. Almost immediate results after starting to take this, it really works for me

I read through the reviews before I initially purchased this. I'm sorry; for those who say this doesn't smell like cinnamon, I have to assume they do not know how cinnamon smells. As soon as I broke the seal I got a hint of cinnamon. Everytime I open the bottle I smell cinnamon.With that said, simple ingredients; just Ceylon cinnamon powder. Pills are easy to swallow. Not sure on effectiveness, but it is what the label says it is.

This is not the usual brand of Ceylon Cinnamon I purchase.Chose it based on price and milligram dosage.First thing I noticed was the difference in color. The capsules are a lighter shade of brown than most other Ceylon products.Second thing is the taste is very subtle, much less potent.I question the quality of the cinnamon.I will finish this bottle but return to the brand I was previously using.
