I have taken one bottle of the Keto Boost. I find that it helped curb appetite somewhat however I have lost NO weight. I exercise 3 days a week at the gym and watch what I eat. Very disappointed.

Bought this product for mom who is 69. Did not see any change at all. She is not heavy to begin with. But her stomach (she thinks) is bigger than hips. So she wanted to try. She did not notice a change at all. May have to take for many many months or years to notice a change.

I have noticed an increase in energy since I started taking this product two weeks ago. However, I do not believe I have been on it long enough to determine if it will assist with rapid weight loss.

I've taken almost the entire bottle and haven't lost an ounce ... don't waste your money.
