Glutamine is the real deal. It's tasteless and it's great for your gut health and immune system. There are certain fads that come and go. Super foods, creams, shampoos, oils, vitamins/minerals. Diets also become popular and then become forgotten. Glutamine has never been a fad, but it will never need to prove itself. It has a reputation of being a bodybuilding supplement, but I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with leaky gut or ulcers, and I would still recommend it to anyone who exercises regularly. Just mix it in with your water; it dissolves and is completely tasteless. It helps you recover and will keep you from getting sick often if you have that issue. Your Glutamine levels decrease on regular activity, and without supplementation, you put yourself at risk of deficiency. This particular brand is very high quality. I haven't tried others, but mostly because I haven't had the need to. The powder is very fine and there are no clumps. They used to include a scoop which they no longer do. But I just use a dry spoon. Everyone should add this to their regular supplementation. It's cheap, effective, proven, and lasts forever. I would also suggest taking Vitamin D, as that is another supplement that is proven to help for many that don't get the recommended amount of sun.

Glutamine is really good for you. I use it because I weight train and that is a killer on your body. Glutamine helps your body release HGH (Human Growth Hormone). HGH helps to burn body fat and increase the size of your muscles. It also helps your body support your muscles (rather than breaking them down). It is also supposed to help keep your GI tract working properly. This Glutamine is great. There is no taste or smell. You can mix it into anything without messing up the taste. Just be careful not to heat it up since glutamine shouldn’t be heated. I mix this into my pre & post workout shakes. Also I mix it in my before bed shake. The price is one of the best out there and so far it works just like all the other ones I have tried. Star Rating: When I do a review I always start out with 5 stars ★★★★★. Then if there is something wrong I will deduct one star and explain why. This way I’m not just arbitrarily picking a number. I think this works properly and the price is good. 5 stars. Now for the price listed at $21.99, theres no way I would get this product, but when I got 2 cans (600GRAMS) as an add-on special to my order that was great as the capsulated ones seemed to range between 17-25 per bott. of 240 1G caps! Yes its easier, but if ur making a protein or Pre-Workout shake, just toss in the correct amount. 4grams is plenty, but before bed take full 4.5G dose cause it will help u with Recovery more than u think If u haven't use L-Glute b4! I also hate the fact there is no scoop and it comes down to this comp. being cheap and wanting to save a penny anyway they can. This can also tell u if the glute is good, or just so/so. I wonder about a companies product quality when they can afford or are to lazy to make a simple 4.5G plastic scooper! This is a horrible inconvienence for one thing, mostly someone who has no other extra scoops, no scale, but Lucky for me I use a High Grade 50usd Milligram scale to get accurate weight on anything up to 20G. Then my other scale is for larger weight and can go up to over 16oz. or 1 pound since it will weight 500Grams no prob. Anyways BF needs to get their but in gear and place a 4.5G scooper n each bott. as this the only thing I can legitly complain about so far using this product now

This product is working for me I am gaining muscle and has no bitter aftertaste I mix with milk I am on my third can very happy with product

My fiancé is a bodybuilder and this is his go to her protein powder. He prefers the chocolate flavor but does like the vanilla if there isn’t any chocolate available.

I can't really speak about the ingredient quality of this product. I don't know whether it's got the advertised protein in it, etc. I'm not a chemist. It does contain 3 g of creatine per serving. I normally have 5 g of creatine, so this added 3 g must be taken into considerations. I've had to adjust my schedule to cut down on the plain creatine. Not a problem, just something to be aware of. It mixes well with liquid, and you can drink it at your leisure. I dislike the flavor. That's probably a personal thing, and not a defect in the product. Still... As for value for money - if it's as advertised, then it's fine. I'll probably buy this again. The flavor isn't a huge problem, and I feel I need some added protein in my diet. I'd recommend it to someone who wanted extra protein.
