I have been taking this stuff for about a year. I believe this product has helped me recover and feel less sore days after intense workouts. I workout about 3-4 times a week doing CrossFit and my body tends to feel worn down from time to time. I switch off between the recovery and more muscle. The flavors taste good and when I mix them in my shaker bottle, it does clump or taste grainy. Also, I switch between my favorite Chocolate Peanut butter smash and Belgian chocolate. I would buy more of the peanut butter smash but it always costs more :-(. Oh and I like the sealable bag. It fits better in my gym back than a big plastic bucket.

It works as well, It tastes good, there are several flavors to choose from, there hasn't been one flavor that I've tried and didn't dislike, they're all great flavors. It also comes in a resealable bag to keep product fresh. It's a bit on the spendy side but if you want quality you got to pay for quality. 🙂

Love the flavor of this protein powder. It is a little grainy, not as smooth as other whey powders, but I really believe it is a higher quality product. It's a bit expensive so I try to be conservative with it but the sweet taste is exactly what I crave after a session in the gym. I use it after lifting but it is lean enough that you could also use it if you were a runner.

Repeat customer for 5 years. I love to pickup up a bag of Progenex when I can because it is pretty expensive. But this right here is quality though. Mixes really nice. Never clumps. The flavor is crazy good. Loco Mocha FTW! This one is honestly one of very few recovery/protein drinks that I can actually feel an impact on my recovery.

At 46, I was finding myself feeling exhausted - almost like I had the flu - after my intense CrossFit workouts. Of course, Progenex was recommended to me by everyone in the box, so I tried it. It works! If I can get this in me within 30-45 minutes after my workout, that flu-like feeling disappeared. The ONLY reason I did not give this 5 stars is that I really am not liking the Tropical Vanilla. I guess I missed the operative work "tropical" in the title, because the first time I used it was shocked by the strong coconut flavor. My fault for not paying attention! But using almond milk seems to tamp that down a bit, and it's not undrinkable. Next time I'll go for a different flavor. Overall...happy with Progenex!
