I’m a professional chef and have had these knives for a few months now - I don’t like them for work as they are far too light and flexible and not good for heavy duty tasks such as swedes or large volumes of vegetables. The handle is hollow plastic and is extremely light so you won’t get much downward force unless you really push the knife - even then, the knife sometimes bends to find a path of less resistance, and you end up with curved slices of vegetables.Upon sharpening the blade, I discovered the matte black coating disappeared leaving silver scratches over the knife - and also from heavy use of the handle, my hands turned orange from (I presume) the dye on the plastic - my hands were orange for a couple days before finally returning to normal.Long story short, these knives are not suitable for pro chefs however if you are a home cook you might find these perfect as they’re comfortable and light and aesthetically pleasing, they’re nice looking knives - but not good quality.

The blades are fine, but I didn't test them. I don't like the handle and that's enough for a decision to return these. The main issue is the handle is very light. This makes me wonder how long it will last before the handle and blades part their ways. Also, this makes the knife very head heavy, while I prefer a more balanced setup with the centre of the gravity on the handle side.

For the price, they are good but already showing signs of use after just a few weeks and the blades are already beginning to dull.

Each knife comes with a cover which is nice 👍🏻, I am planning to get a knife stand soon but in the mean time they all stay safe inside my drawer. Petty cool set of knifes and they got a few colour options! Present for my son and his new flat. (Not that they will be used much).He said he can’t cook 🤦🏼‍♀️ and will be home for dinner.😂🥺He is happy with them.
