Great fun!
Bought this as I used to play clarinet &sax, but my mouth muscles have got out of practice and I wanted an easy way to build them up again. This has been easy to carry around in my bag and practise on, especially at times when it would be impossible to whip out my clarinet. Only down side is it only has one octave, but the tone is quite clarinet like. It's really robust and would have been great to use as a kid to build up my puff for a full size clarinet. It's not easy to play like a recorder and requires some practice creating the embouchure. Came with two plastic reeds and a case.

Good for starters
Well made product with quite a nice sound. Good for someone who has never played this sort of instrument before to help develop their technique on an instrument with a reed. The biggest disappointment is its limited range. I should have returned it because it's not really 'floating my boat'. However, very robust and ideal for young children I daresay.

Top Notes out of tune
The Dood has a beautiful tone overall but the top note c and the extra d were very soon out of tune and have remained that way no matter what I try. Next time I will purchase a cheap clarinet.
