I have been using this for a long time now. I originally started using this for skin care internally. I have been fortunate enough to look younger than I am (so I am told). I don't really have wrinkles. I am 46.I doubled my dose after I had my complete hysterectomy. I have not been cleared for s3x yet so I don't know how it will effect me there but I'm hoping it will help with natural lubrication as well since I have no ovaries. Hoping I won't be completely reliant on lube.

Perfect, no side effects, great price.
This is a good brand, always trusted them and was never let down, no side effects and the results show mostly in my joints, I lift weights daily at the gym and work as a waiter and set up crew, lots of torture to my joints, no pain at all, way less joint popping too.

Don’t expect miracles and don’t expect nothing
It definitely adds some cushion to the pain I get from running. However it’s hardly anything. I take one pill, I’ve heard of others taking more to get more relief. But I won’t up my dose, that’s how you start messing your body up with these supplements and injections. I would recommend anyone taking this product to also add if you can daily stretching of the areas that have joint pain. It helps more with my dry eyes than with joint pain…
