These were exactly what I was looking for! I was looking on Etsy for gender reveal ideas, and found a cute “waddle it be” package. Since the package wouldn’t arrive in time, Amazon saved me!I put together a DIY and had both my parents open a pink egg and a blue egg, with one of the bath bombs and a small ducky inside each (this box from Amazon includes 2 girl and 2 boy fizzies). They dropped both fizzies into a bowl of warm water, and we waited about a minute or so for the water to change. Since these are meant more for a bath, the water got really foamy, but it didn’t overflow, and eventually dissolved. The foam actually started changing color first before the water did.My family had a great time and we all had fun during the reveal. Definitely makes for a unique and unforgettable experience. Definitely recommend!

Purchased for 3 yo son to do gender reveal for his new sibling to be. We filled a large vase halfway with water and gave him a ball to drop in there. It foamed up and overflowed quite a bit (onto the table, onto the floor). He didnt seem to mind the mess and was super excited (moreso about the foam not the gender itself). It was a great idea but I wish I wouldve practiced with 1 ball prior to giving to him (since it comes with 4 balls: 2 girls / 2 boys). Overall happy with purchase. Would recommend for simple gender reveal.

this product was poorly made. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING especially if your gender reveal is a surprise. BOTH bath bombs totally disintegrated while unwrapping which totally ruined our gender reveal. So disappointing!!!

The pictures of the blue/pink water that this product shows are not what appears in real life. We did this for our son thinking he would love a bright blue or pink bath and that is not what happened. The bath bomb fizzed white for about 20 seconds then at the very end a tiny amount of navy appeared but turned the bath water a faint grayish-green/blue (the water basically looked dingy). Fun idea but did not meet our expectations. Oh and they also made my son break out in a rash and itch, so do not use for sensitive skin or with little one’s delicate skin!

I used it for a quarantine-video gender-reveal, and it took fooooorrreeeever. The color was pretty rich, eventually (I used a small glass vase full of warm water, on a white tablecloth, outside in bright sunlight, so we had a good chance to see color ASAP)--but the first picture of mostly white bubbles was after maybe 5 minutes. I couldn't see the water at all until I came back out to clean up hours later.It's a cute idea, and I'll never begrudge an excuse to use a bath bomb, but I wouldn't recommend it for any kind of an audience. I got the gender results over the phone and wouldn't tell my husband until he watched those bubbles haha, so he was going crazy

These bath bombs are so fun! We filled up the bathtub for our youngest son and had all our children guess if they thought it would be a boy or girl. The bath bomb fizzes really well and for about 30 seconds fizzes white so there's a little more suspense. Then the bath bomb fizzed blue and all the tub water turned blue so it was obviously to tell it was a boy! It was such a fun and easy was to do a gender reveal!
