Great shifter, use for Forza and BeamNG, pretty high quality, also pretty easy to set up.

Great shifter FOR THE G923! Make sure you have the Logitech G923 before buying this. This shifter BY Logitech will ONLY work with at least the G923. I'm not sure if it can connect to any other G wheels, but I know the G923 has a specific port FOR the shifter. With that out of the way, the quality is great and feels like a real shifter. The shifter height is a little bit on the shorter side, but it still works great for most games. The cord length is just perfect for the G923, assuming you're using the wheel and shifter the way they were intended to be. For the price, I honestly think its a fantastic value especially since its a name brand.

The Logitech G920 racing wheel is fantastic for sim racing enthusiasts. Installation on my PC and Xbox was simple, and it works flawlessly with popular racing games. The force feedback feels realistic, giving precise steering control and an immersive driving experience. Pedals are responsive and adjustable, making acceleration and braking smooth and accurate. The wheel build quality is excellent — sturdy, comfortable to grip, and durable. Buttons and paddle shifters are well-placed for quick access during gameplay. Overall, it transforms racing games into a highly realistic experience, providing hours of fun. Highly recommended for both casual and serious sim racers.

Seems to be well made and responsive. My only complaint is how it mounts. The underside clamps and overall angled bracket shape are very much in the way for a simple mounting on at least our Next Level Racing GT Lite simulator rig. The angled bracket thing makes a lot of sense for mounting to a relatively thick desk, but it should be completely removable. As it is I can't move it far enough forward to be comfortable. It hangs off the back of the shifter platform because the angle bracket isn't removable. It also makes it difficult to access the mounting screws, which are needed when mounting to a metal frame like this as the included clamp mount is also unable to clamp to anything thinner than maybe 3/8"-1/2" (10-13mm). I bought my son the Logitech wheel for the PS5 for Christmas, then the shifter for his birthday. In retrospect, having looked into it all more, I regret the purchase because Logitech appears to be the only wheel manufacturer that doesn't support a handbrake, and I don't like how their stuff mounts. Very functional, but far from ideal.

I paired this with a PC/PS5 G923 and just recently retired it in favor of the Logitech RS 2-in1 Sequential shifter and handbrake. For the price, if you’re already using the beginner level G29/G920/G923 Logitech wheels, and don’t want to use the paddle shifters, it’s a must have in my opinion. It reminds you of a short throw shifter, and is very satisfying in terms of the way it clicks into gear, and its fairly low noise level compared to the otherwise loud Logitech TRUEFORCE system. Feels very well built, and can easily be converted to a sequential shift if you have a few rubber bands laying around and a bit of ambition. If you’re doing any ATS or BeamNG.Drive, it’s hard to live without it. I used mine with a fair amount of Gran Turismo 7, too, and when it comes to stock cars using anywhere between a 4 and 6 speed trans, it really gives you a good bit of immersion, especially paired with a PSVR 2. With that being said, as someone who’s driven manual transmissions most of my life, make no mistake: you’re not going to confuse this for the “real thing”. Changing gears can be a bit clunky at times, and there’s been plenty of times where the sim/game I’ve used seems to register my shift late when compared to my clutch movements. There’s plenty of faster shifts I’ve done in real life a million times that doesn’t input correctly for me. I’m not sure if this is an input lag situation, or just a difference in the feel, or something else. The gates are also unrealistically close together from anything I’ve driven, it can take a bit to get used to where each gear is. Expect to shift from 5th to 3rd, or any other combination of mixing gears up, from time to time…especially at first. Over all, for the price, I’m giving it 5/5. I don’t think there’s another 6 speed H pattern shifter within the price range that works as well and feels at home with the more budget friendly G series wheels from Logitech. Just make sure you’re aware of the compatibility of this shifter: it uses a serial wire end instead of USB, and will only plug and play out of the box with those Logitech wheels. Otherwise, you may be able to use the G adapter for PC, but I’d check compatibility if you’re not using it with a G29, G920, or G923.

Great shifter. Sorry I didn't buy it when I bought the wheel 7 years ago. As someone who enjoys driving a manual in real life, the shifter makes a huge difference in the feel when sim driving. Works seamlessly and I finally have some use for the clutch pedal.

Connects easily to my Logitech G920 through USB. Works flawlessly with the Logitech software in games such as Forza Horizon 5, Assetto Corsa, iRacing and more. The soft part of the shifter is made from a high quality leather feeling material and overall has solid build quality. If you're looking for a shifter for sim racing this is definitely the best bang for your buck choice on Amazon.

Bought this shifter with g29 as combo pack Main usage is put for ETS2 and so far all the functionality is amazing and working well. Price is a bit high but since it's the entry level gear for sim racing can't complain. The quality is amazing, looks and like feels premium product, has leather finishes.
