I reuse my coco after every grow because im stingy like that lol but nah seriously this helps with breaking down all the dead roots in the medium. i only use it for veg to make sure that the living roots have enough space to grow out and be happy and blow up in size

I have tried multiple nutrients and additives from many different brands. From the highest price to lowest price, and recently decided to try House and Garden additives to supplement my nutrient regimen. Within 3 days of adding this multi zen and the House and Garden roots excelurator gold, and WOW! BOOM! My plants have grown 6 inches and have no sign of slowing down. I am super impressed, and will be buying the whole lineup after this harvest. I still have a fair amount of nutrients I ordered before I would hate to waste. While they have performed well enough, adding House and Garden has increased their effectiveness. Hands down the best!
