I took way past the shipping date to arrive once it did it wasn't even what I ordered it was the wrong flavor and it was short four packs of the mix w no recourse because it is a European co also had to cook for over an hour and the middle was raw so no not going to recommend this product I basically paid $40 for s raw loaf of bread

Trying not to eat the whole loaf right now.
Just made it this morning and had a few slices with butter. I'm on a ketogenic diet and eating less than 20g carbs daily, and having been living on bacon and eggs for the past few months, and wanted to start branching out into new things. This bread is actually really tasty - the kind of bread I would have liked even if I were eating carbs. I can see however that it's not for everyone. It's quite a dense, chewy bread with big seeds and very filling - if you're looking for something light and fluffy, this isn't for you. Incredibly easy to make, though it does take a while to bake (80 mins). For the people who said it came out dry or hard, I think you must be doing something wrong... I followed the instructions, which are as simple as "add water, put in tray and bake" and it came out perfect. The tray is included, incidentally, which is a really nice touch. I would definitely buy this product again, and to be honest it isn't going to last long enough for me to have any complaints about shelf life. It's worth noting that this makes a small soda style loaf which slices into little rectangles - but then I'm dieting so I'm not trying to eat great mountains of bread. I'd also ignore the "per slice" nutrition and go by the "per 100g" which equates to around a quarter of the loaf, which you'll easily eat in one sitting. Still, that's pretty good, less than 4g net carbs and under 160 calories (you know, before you pile on the butter).I've reviewed it on the quality of the bread so it's 5 stars for me. My only reservation outside of that is the value for money point - seven quid for a small loaf of bread is a bit excessive.

Mighty nice but MIGHTY Small!
This bread is very easy to make. Put it in a bowl 🥣, add water 💧, mix and leave to stand, put it on a baking tray and then in the oven. An hour or so later you have your tiny, weeny, little loaf 😆. The steak knife is for size comparison. It is absolutely beautiful to eat, heavy and solid rather than soft and doughy like ordinary bread but it's very tasty 😋 and filling, to have a slice on a keto diet you're talking about a quarter of an inch thick but to be honest that's quite filling and you can get a fair few 40g slices, not like ordinary bread as I said but if you're on a keto diet and have a very low net carb allowance you can't even sniff ordinary bread lol 😆. It's very expensive really so a complete luxury for me. Sadly the price stops me buying it again. I'm having a go at making some from scratch next 😆 😆

Finally, bread on a low carb diet!
I never thought I'd see the day where I could have something bready and gluten free on a low carb diet. This stuff could keep me on the wagon. Plus it's simple to make.Only downside is the price. I've sold a kidney to pay for 6 rolls.

Ewww why?
I love these kinds of breads but this is horrible. I prepared it and baked it per instructions and I was left with chewy gloopy bread. I had lowered the temperature as I have a fan oven which cooks quicker but it still didn’t rise much. I’m sure if you get the bake spot on it would taste better, maybe in a bread maker. However I am not prepared to pay another £7 for a loaf of bread that was bleh at best.I’ll look for a different low carb vegan bread like Carb Zone or just invest in a bread maker and make my own.I’m throwing the rest out. I only managed two slices before I had to spit it out.

Nice bread
This was by far the easiest 'bread' I've ever made in my life. Just add water and stir.Photos show straight out of the oven (for fan assisted I suggest to slightly turn the temperature down and give it an extra couple of minutes). It tastes very similar to a seeded loaf but more dense and takes a while to chew due to the high amount of seeds, the dough itself is really tasty and soft. Rolls didn't crust but I've made them to go in the freezer as I'm off sugars and this is really a treat, therefore they'll probably go back in the oven before consuming again.Downside of this is the price, but is cheaper compared to what I used to import from Italy, and there is no tray included, only the mix.All in all a decent and tasty nearly carb free bread. Can't ask for more!
