It had one job...
I ordered this device because it was matched to my filter element. Unfortunately, the lower reservoir filled, and the water kept flowing, all over my cabinet and floor. Save yourself the $22 and the clean-up.Update: started the Amazon Prime return process, before sending the non-working float back, I read the "store" return policy and found that they only accept returns of unused items in their original packaging. So, it looks like I have a $22 useless piece of plastic for keeps.

Did not work for me
I tried these floats in a Berkey filter with the Stefani water filter candles and it did not work. I woke up to water on the floor numerous times. I would not recommend these at all.
