I'll first start by saying that people were not lying about the fishy smell. It's definitely there, but it goes away after a while. It takes some time to detangle, but I am super happy with my results. Bright lights, good color, and overall looks amazing!

There were no nasty smell. It had a faint smell of like plastic, but nothing further. The leaves did not fall off, and that was even after they got tangled and we had to untangle. The brightness is just enough. Not too bright, not too dim. Very tranquil lighting. The size is perfect. The length of Ivey pieces are great and the length of lights is adequate. We hung them with clear thumb tacks at the top, it was the way my daughter’s friend hung hers as well. We hung the ivy first. We did try to wrap the string lights around the ivy initially, but they kept getting caught up and twisted, so we just ascended them behind the ivy using the zip ties every once and awhile. Make sure when ascending the lights, before zip tying, that the lights are pretty tightly pulled, so you have enough for each ivy strand. You don’t want them loosely behind. The end result is beautiful.

They have a bit of an odd smell to them, but nothing too overpowering. Once they're spread out, it's gone. I definitely recommend using some kind of wall clip rather than tape. The lights also tangle easily when setting up, but if you're patient, it's worth it!

They didn’t come with LED lights? It’s literally just the vines. Yes they do smell horrific but if you wash them off with some soap it’s ok. The leaves do fall off when you detangle them so be aware of that. I think they’ll be cute though

Birthday gift for my daughter and she loves it

It’s truly mid and it REEKS of fish.I’m in the barracks (go army) I share my space with 2 other very angry females… boy I got roasted due to the fish smell (use your imagination) we combined our efforts into washing this stinky cheap crap to get the smell off, first time we used aveno body wash did not work, then we decided to just say f it let’s use tide (the spring meadow one any other one is just meh) THAT DID NOT WORK, so we grabbed a bucket and left it there with DAWN! The dish soap, so now it doesn’t smell as awful. It just has a weird smell I’m hoping will air out in a few days…. It’s not worth it at all.Quality is awful you could probably find it at dollar tree, 5 bellow or any other cheap store… I WOULD NOT PURCHASE!

These work great however, it came with more leaves that it did lights. i had to find some other string lights a friend had to add them to my wall with the other leaves cuz the lights it came with weren't long enough for all these leaves. other than that, its so cute, easy to assemble and makes the the vibe in my room immaculate.
