Good Tea
I like that I got the tea really quick, I also like the taste, it taste mostly of lemon. I drink the tea at night and it helps me relax before bedtime. I would buy it again.

Although this tea is a little pricey, you get what you pay for. This is high quality tea with super clean ingredients with a great biodegradable teabag.

Good tea
I drink a lot of tea, and this one hits the mark. Quality ingredients, plastic-free bags, good flavor. Tastes like lemon, lemongrassy. I drink 2 cups of valerian before bed, all different flavors, so it's hard to tell if one or the other works or not. I feel like the majority of the ones I have are good for sleep. But this one is enjoyable anyway. Very satisfied, will order again.
