Best form of iodine
I read a book about Iodine from Dr. David Brownstein after seeing an interview with Dr. Ken Berry. He recommends 25-100 MG of Lugol's solution iodine/day. This is not an amount you want to take in liquid form, unless you really enjoy the taste of iodine for some reason. These tablets are small and I can swallow 4 at a time. No weird taste and they seem to be working great. Worth every penny.

My T3 and T4 increased since taking it
On thyroid supplementation, but I can never get my levels into the right range without adding compounded T3. Now with this iodine added I’m good to go. Thinking it may even help regenerate my thyroid. Will update.

Good for Iodine
I use these as an occasional supplement because I prefer the taste of sea salt (which is usually non-iodized) in my cooking and seasoning.

Good iodine
A good iodine. I was taking Iodoral, but my doc said use this. Seems like it's basically the same. Make sure your magnesium status is good while taking iodine to support the increased metabolism.

Not the same as iodoral.
After a month of lugotab, I started getting headaches. Sinus headaches and by the end of the month, it became chronic. With inflammation that made my vision blurry. I went back to iodoral and in a day, my sinus headache went away and my vision became clear again. Aching in my joints have reduced. Sadly, I think this is potassium iodide and if so, it's over priced.
