Nice fit
These replacement pads fit well, were ready to install and safe very comfortable. Great replacement when the originals start falling into pieces

These are not exactly the same but they work perfectly.
These are round where the originals were square. They fit nicely and you can't tell. Nice upgrade to pads that were falling appart.

Fits but you have to work at it.
A very tight fit. Take your time, you'll will get them installed. Very comfortable.

Perfect fit for my old Plantronics Audio 995H head set
It's easy to pull the old ones off and put these on. I think they are a little softer than the original ear cushions. Highly recommended!
