KEEP THE MANUAL
CAUTION: Keep the manual cause it's a real pain to figure out how to open it again after you forget. Ease of use: superb Quality: decent and feels sturdy Catch rate: don't expect it to catch a rat as it's too small for those fat demons

Well worth the money
Easy to Bait. Worked overnight. Checked the Bait Station in the morning and the Little Critters hopefully enjoyed their last picnic.

Effective but Could Use Some Improvements
This is going to be a somewhat positive review because I found the dual-entry design very effective. The child-resistant casing and beveled columns add extra safety, which is always a plus. However, I feel like the bait formula could use some improvement. It takes several days to get to a lethal dose, which can be a bit inconvenient. Despite this, it's still a reliable choice for tackling a mouse problem.

It Friggin Works
I had a few rats in my attic that would not leave. I found the place they were coming and going but was worried I would trap them inside if I secured the area at the wrong time. I placed only 3 blocks (1" x 1.5" each) at or near the area in my attic. Within 2 or 3 days I found 3 dead rats in my back yard. I was relieved they didn't die in my attic. The way this works is once they eat it they get real thirsty and leave the area to go find water. That's where I found 2 of them, near my fountain in the backyard. I still have almost a full bag of this stuff. It doesn't take much. I have since secured my attic. The area is clear of visitors and there is no odor up there. It may not work the same for you but this was my experience.

DID it's Job.
HOWEVER, I only gave it 2 stars for "Flavor", since it really stinks in here now, especially when the furnace is running right now. And I just found a dead mouse on the floor in this computer room here. Guess I better head out to the garage, I don't think it stinks as much out there, not until I get some of this poison out there too. . . lol. It sure works though. Very quiet in here now, no pitter patter of mice all over the place.
