Flimsy, but decent value for money.
I bought this about a year ago for some Sunday school teaching; it does it's job well and has proved to be a very useful prop - looks quite realistic and can be used easily. However beware that if you're planning on using it much, it is flimsy: a) the straps come off easily, although you can glue/tie them back on with relative ease. b) the plastic is fairly brittle so don't store it slightly bent like I did, you'll end up fixing it!But I guess for the price it's advertised, you can't expect it to be that strong.

Suitable for my needs
This was a good replica of a Roman shield but maybe it's high shine made it less real. I appreciate though with it being made of plastic there is not much can be done about that. I bought this just for showing in a window to depict a Roman centurian so it fitted my purpose.

Three stars for this one.
I purchased two shields for my grandson at the same time as two play swords, I don't think these are meant for play as a strike with the plastic sword will result in a hole or split, they would be good for a play as a prop, still we have fun with them.

Looks great but very flimsy. Bought as a prop for an opera.

Not bad, but definitely not a toy!
Extremely flimsy. We bought it intending it as a toy for our 4 year old but I'll be surprised if it lasts a week as it's clearly not designed to be used as a toy (which is fair enough as it's not listed as such). Looks good though and for what it cost represents reasonable value for money
