Got B200 error when attempting to print. Decided to go directly to print head replacement, avoiding the cleaning steps. Watched several YouTube videos to see how to change the printhead and then ordered a replacement printhead from this company. Install went easily and then the moment of truth -- did a Print Nozzle Check. It went perfectly and the output was as clear and as sharp as the day I first installed the MX870 printer. I'm sold. This new printhead is great and is the best $36 I ever spent.

Finally saw a video about just replacing the printhead. So, I went on Amazon and bought this replacement. Install was very easy, and the replacement worked! Money well spent.

Didn't work

My Canon Pixma MP5060 is about 15 years old and abruptly stopped printing and reported a B200 error. Removing and cleaning the print head did not work, and I could not buy a new print head from Canon or so I took a chance on this remanufactured head. It dropped right in and worked perfectly! It was an easy fix that anyone can do; no tools required! I've been using it for a week and the printing is perfect; no bad spots!

It was exactly what I needed.

This is the second print head I've bought for my old Canon MX860 after it started throwing the B200 error. The first one bought in May 2023 lasted until June 2024, when the same B200 came back. After buying a new print head I've managed to get the error to go away again. I'm hoping to get another year out of this one. The $35 this costs is far cheaper than getting a new all-in-one printer which will surely be several hundred dollars and require it's own monthly subscription.Both times I've bought this item there was ink splattered all over the inside of the packaging. The second time, the plastic pouch had already been ripped open inside of the cardboard box. No clue what was up with that, but the product appears to work so far.Overall, this seems to be an OK solution to a frustrating problem, so I reluctantly give this 5 stars...

It dropped right in and worked perfectly! It was an easy fix that anyone can do; no tools required! I've been using it for a week and the printing is perfect; no bad spots!

Worked perfectly in my Canon MP560. Read thru the included instructions and hints for a trouble free install. Used the included hints to clean my clogged printhead; now I have a back-up!
