Thanks for answering my questions. 36d is medium but way too small. Wonder if sizing off? Now i dont know if i should try lg or x lg?

Are there any kind of cups in this bra?

There are soft pads sown in. They help keep things discreet but, if you're worried that they'll move around and be uncomfortable, I can tell you that they don't move at all. You won't even notice them.

I wouldn’t think so. The cups are not like a traditional bra cup. It’s more of thicker area to cover your breast. I ordered a size too small and the return was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. It’s well worth a try. I love mine. Good luck.

How to make this a racerback?

This bra has convertible criss-cross straps in the back that are able to be taken out and crossed over to form the racerback.
