Works great to dispense just the right amount. Unfortunately I have to keep a small shot glass under the opening as it drips quite a lot.

I loved being able to get the big jug of apple cider mix and not need to try to pour a small amount out every time. But the pump leaks horribly. I ended up putting a plastic baggy around the top with a twist tie to keep it there, but I wish it just wouldn't do that so I wouldn't have to keep doing that.

We like the convenience of the pump, but it does drip. It doesn't drip right after, it is random, which makes it hard to remember to keep a shot glass under it to catch it.

Absolutely LOVE the cider, however our pump was defective... 5 stars because the cider is beyond anything you will get from a powdered drink mix. Family favorite!

This was the major disappointment cherry on top of an anxiety filled day. Purchased this with the large cider concentrate and was really excited for it to arrive, it arrived today on a perfect day for hot cider and….! The pump arrived broken. Think no big deal these things happen I go to go through the process of having it replaced annnnnd no returns! So great. I have a giant thing of cider concentrate on a nice chilly rainy day and a pump that I wasted money on because it arrived broken and I’m left with the choice of spending more money for possibly another broken pump or the messy alternative of pouring it and having irregular quantities of concentrated cider. The broken off piece isn’t even in the box which tells me it was broken before it was even packaged.

Thought i was soooo cool poring out of a huge jug.....then i got the pump....love it

Well the pump works well.Things I don't like... one pump is not quite a proper measure.It leaks ... once you're done it will slowly drip onto your counter.
