Training and correction collar.
Great training and correction collar. The prongs are not large, preventing harmful correction. The collar is designed to provide a slight correction for your pet to stop unwanted behaviors. We have a doodle that pulls with regular collars. When we use this collar, she walks right by our side. The design is great with a quick-release clasp. You can adjust it by removing links to ensure a proper fit. The color is true to the picture and has not faded or chipped. A durable option if you need minimal correction for your pet's behavior.

Best Prong Collar out there!!
Super nice black chrome appearance. Every aspect of this training collar shows great quality and craftsmanship. Definitely worth the premium price when the product is so perfectly made. Super nice convenience is the all metal buckle! Makes taking off a one handed affair. Really happy I decided to spend the extra money for these collars! Also, those not accustomed to this type of training collar (i.e. prong collar), please note that these are the safest collars for your dog and for you, especially with big powerful dogs. It usually takes little effort for correction and training as it applies even pressure and mimics the mouth of their momma when puppies and momma had to correct them. The prongs are rounded and not intended to hurt the dog. And once accustomed to these collars the dog will automatically walk more relaxed and with less stress than normal. You also will be less stressed as you know you can control your beast easy and safely. Regular collars only apply force from the pulling direction of the dog and they can injure their neck or throat. On top of that they continue to pull stubbornly which is constant strain on the dog as well as your arm and shoulder. Zip training collars trend to work on some dogs but if they pull hard all that force is applied to a very small surface area. Which again is dangerous for your loved dog. Do not use this or any other collar to restrain your dog in a car! In a panic stop they can't regulate the amount of pressure applied to their neck. Use a good harness such as Ezy Dog Drive Harness. In my and several professionals opinions the best there is for car travel. Back this prong collar. I have 2 powerfully strong Boxers and theses work amazing and look just as good!!

Great collar. High quality, works! I love that it's black and blends in with my dog's black fur.My dog knows when this collar comes out, we are going for a walk! This is my second collar like this (somehow I lost the first one and needed to replace). Happy to do it, it's worth the money!

Sprenger quick release training prong collar
The collar is very nice, easy to put on or remove. it's too large for our doberman's neck and can't be adjusted smaller. Unfortunately, I'll have to send this one back and try to get a smaller neck size. I do prefer the larger prongs for training purposes, and the trainer agrees.

Effective & Great quality.
Recommended by our trainer. Very easy to use and expand as the dog gets bigger. It’s been a game changer for our walks and in high distraction environments.

Overall a great collar....
I've tried a lot of version of the claw/pinch collar, and this is by far my favorite. I have two. One is for my 3YO Pitsky, and the husky in her wants to pull us around the world. She has been to obedience school and knows how to walk nicely, but sometimes she forgets because she takes her role as The Leader of The Mission very seriously. This collar (in small) reminds her that she can march ahead without constantly dragging us. Everyone in the family, even the 10YO, can walk her as long as she's got that little pinch to remind her not to pull. She hated the collar getting pulled over her head, and my Lyme-disease riddled joints can't handle squeezing and undoing the links every time, so I love, love, love the snap buckle. The collar is set up to loosen or tighten depending on the dog's actions, without every going into an actual choke position. The Leader doesn't care if she has to hang herself to proceed with The Mission, so we like that the collar doesn't give her the chance. My only complaint is that there is no good choice between the small/medium (which technically goes to 19") and the large, which is ENORMOUS. My 1YO pup is a Golden Retriever/Great Dane/Malinois mix. He is very tall and narrow, and well-mannered unless he sees a flock of turkeys or seagulls or.... His neck is probably 18 3/4 inches and I'm sure he's got some growing to do yet. He has the Golden coat (but black) and the small/medium version of this collar is just a little too small and tangles in his fur. The large size is HUGE on him. I would have to remove all of the extra links to make it fit, which kind of defeats the purpose of the claw collar. Since there is the clasp with leather on either side and the chain piece, there are fewer links than a normal claw collar anyhow, which is fine for us. I'll keep the large for when/if it fits him, but for now I stole a link from the the petite Pitsky's collar and that has helped the small fit both of them a little better. I wish there was an 18-23" 2.25 size, but otherwise this is a great collar.

Collar falling off
Good product! I will say something I never thought about before buying was my rotties neck rolls 😂 her collar kept falling off and we didn’t understand why until we realized her neck rolls were pushing on the clasp on both sides
