King Arthur, Cake Flour Unbleached and Unenriched, Non-GMO Project Verified, No Preservatives, 2 Pounds

Having family with allergies (especially corn allergies), I have learned that King Arthur Flour is one of the only flours I can trust to be free of byproducts or corn mixed with their flour. IT is always of fantastic quality, light, and fluffy, rarely needing to be sifted. Most importantly, though, it always works well and makes the best cakes and cookies. They also have instructions on the box and on their website to help bakers, making it very easy to use, and you always know the quality will be there. I will admit, though, that what always keeps me coming back is that it always produces the best taste in recipes. I cannot imagine using anything else. If you are worried about gluten, it is not

I'm not sure how to review this product. It is cake flour. I love that it is unbleached, unenriched, and non-GMO. It is easily sifted, which is a plus. I use it for specific cake recipes, which is only a few times a year. The price is good compared to the grocery store (which doesn't sell unbleached, unenriched, non-GMO cake flour anyway). I'm not sure how important the unbleached, unenriched features are, but non-GMO is very important to me.

Always great quality. Makes for a nice light and fluffy cake, every time.

It's perfect cake flour for make cakes.

I used this flour to make my hubs a red velvet cake for his birthday. The flour is very fine and it made a nice, soft cake with lots of moisture. Other cake flour would have probably worked just as well but I really wanted the best for this occasion and this flour is unbleached and non-GMO which is always better.

This King Arthur cake flour is wonderful. I have used a couple of other brands, but the King Arthur has been a proven winner for me. Cakes come out light and fluffy and taste delicious.
