This kit is great and a great price, it contains everything you need to make cheese except skill, practice and ability.The instructions were simple but we did not obtain edible cheese. I think I know where we went wrong however lol. There is enough for a few attempts so we will certainly try again.We tried mozzarella and we got something that at a glance looked and 'almost' felt like the beloved mozza but failed the taste test.The kit is great however and I believe some other cheeses like ricotta are easier.It was still a fun couple of hours and we can always try again.

I bought this for a friends birthday. Not easy to use but definitely nice to have in your kitchen. Ricotta was good and hallumi too. Looking forward to trying mozzarella

Bought as a Christmas present for autistic daughter. We have had so much fun with this. Made mozzarella so many times, as she knows she likes it. It's encouraged her to make pizza dough and we're enjoying home made pizza more than shop bought. Going to try making cottage cheese next. Really fun and the instructions are really good too. All you need to add to this kit is the milk. There is also a large amount of whey made during this process for smoothies etc. We've actually bought more citric acid so that we can keep making our own cheese forever

I purchased this as a gift, however it is a lot smaller than I could have imagined. I don’t expect you’d manage to make much cheese from it. Quite disappointed

I purchased this kit because my son asked me how is cheese made. We had so much fun trying all the recipes but the pest part is that they turn out delicious. It was a great way to entertain my kid but now just became a routine so I'll definitely be a regular customer. The kit really contains everything you need, instructions are very clear and easy to understand.

I bought this as an activity for my grandchildren. They absolutely love it. Hence the 4 stars.However, there is a few niggling issues with the kit itself. All the component parts are in little sachets that you year the top off. So after opening them, they have to go in an airtight bag/container so they keep. I couldn't open the thermometer at all, - just as well I already have one I could use.As long as you are prepared for these niggles, it's fine.Tad expensive, but I bought it to keep the children entertained, so it did its job

I have never made cheese before, but when I bought this kit I was watching videos about it. I bought this kit and did some research on what I would need. Raw milk is commonly used to make cheese, but since raw milk can't be sold in packaged form(atleast in my state) I settled for pasteurized. Works fairly well, and I haven't had any troubles yet. It's a bit more difficult to find though, do be wary that if you aren't willing to look for pasteurized milks, this may not work, since ultra pastureurized is heated to temperatures that change the milks ability to form curds. The package really does come with everything you need. And the book is super easy to understand.

Felt this kit was overpriced for what you receive, but definitely enjoyed making my first batch of delicious ricotta cheese. It’s a great starting point for future cheese makers of the world.

My kit arrived last night and yhe citric acid and rennet are expired. I'm trying to return the kit, so I can buy a different one and the system will not let me return it.
