First time dieting and they work out for me

Excited about my purchase. A friend of mine has been taking these KETO BHB while following the keto diet and since adding them they have been able to keep in ketosis and have allowed them to lose 60 lbs and keep it off. I have lost 15lb but have been struggling. Hopefully this will also give me the boost that it gave them. The supplements have no flavor and are easy to swallow. I take 2 with each meal with a bottle of water 30 minutes before I eat.

Great product takes hunger away. Lost weight with this product.

I started taking these a month ago and saw a change in my eating habits and waistline in about 2-3weeks. I haven't started running just yet, but my schedule keeps me rather busy by itself and i do alot of squats, strength training, and stretching. I've lost about 20lbs respectfully (lol) because I still indulge in a craving or 2, i just don't overdue anymore. The pills along with my detox tea helps my intermittent fasting days go alot easier as well. I hve 20 more lbs to tackle before I hit my goal weight!(Note: i didn't take them everyday, they still worked.)

I just received my Keto BHB 3000 diet pills in today. I already feel it suppressing my hunger and it’s giving me more energy. But it’s still early so I will give it a few weeks than I will give an update on my progress.

Very disappointed it didn’t help at all. Waste of money.

The product arrived in a timely manner and were well presented. Along with a controlled diet and exercise they have not made any difference to my weight.

This doesn't do anything, I actually gained weight. Save your money and don't bother with this.
