Kopach Replacement Filter Cap for Craftsman & Ridgid

All is well

Husband threw away filter nut. Don't think it was intentional. This worked as replacement. Only four stars because it's a high price for a tiny piece of plastic.

It fit my old shop vac perfectly

This cap, which is reusable, and the filter were less than one original filter, and the filter is good quality. Furthermore, the end caps on the original filters are soft rubber, and that is where they fail. This is hard plastic, and will last forever. It's a better design, and the filters are cheap. But it didn't quite fit on like it was supposed to, so I ended up just putting a screw in to secure it in place. But the screw mod won't effect the use of original filters. That, and this not coming with a filter are why I only gave it 4 stars, but I am glad I did it.

Worked as needed. Be ready with a drill bit to make the hole a bit bigger tho. Nice hard plastic has withstood quite a bit of abuse and once you get it fitted just right it works perfect.

It’s a wing nut and it fits the filter threads perfectly - what more do you want? My shopvac is a 22 year old Craftsman model and last time I pulled the filter off, I managed to lose the nut that retains the filter plate. So I ordered this and for a few bucks it works just like the other one.

Price is pretty high for a round piece of plastic. BUT IT DID work w my craftsman shop vac.... since Sears is no more ! Ack !

Lost the wingnut for my shop vac years ago. Used tie wraps to hold the filter cover in place. Was very surprised to find a replacement on Amazon!!! Perfect match!

Works to replace nut I keep on loosing. it is actually easier than the original to use.
