worth the money
Standing for 10hrs a day time, my waist and neck are often sore, makes me difficult to fall asleep. Doctor told me that my lumbar vertebrae and cervical vertebrae were deformed, bone hyperplasia forced my nerves. The medicine prescribed by my doctor did not ease. He suggested me to go to the rehabilitation center to receive physical therapy. But I don't have much time to go. He also suggested me to buy a massage chair. A few months ago, I tried a massage chair in a shopping mall and I felt great. But the price of $6,000 was way too expensive. A friend of the rehabilitation center recommended this one to me. So I gave it a shot. At first I'm worried that the functions and the use effect are not as good as the one I have tried before. But it turns out to be awesome. The massage of the neck and the leg make my muscles relax. The back massage relieves my pain. It is not much different from the previous one I tried and it's worthy. I felt completely relax while sitting on it, listening to my favorite music. It helps me improve my sleep after a whole day work. I need it so much. Now most of the time while I'm at work, it is occupied by my wife and my mom.We love it.

Be Wary of the Warranty......👀
EDIT:6/5 After several months of emails and waiting for our part it arrived and our chair is now in perfect working condition. It took awhile but Thanks... :)Model: RL-810LI will first start out by saying that the chair performed well and we had no problems for about 10 months. My main issue with this company is the warranty and communication. After the left calf massage section fell apart (literally) I contacted warranty and they said parts were being sent. Two weeks later no parts or anything. According to the warranty they would fix anything that breaks in the first year but they are only sending parts... No offer to have me send the piece to them for repair. After taking it apart I found that the staples holding this section together had pulled out. (No glue) The other side was fine as they used glue with the staples... Looks like I'm on my own but will continue to contact them...... Maybe I can edit this review later if Amazon lets me...

Ok chair but it could be better
I paid over $1400 to get this home . It is not cheap to me by any stretch. So I expect good quality and at least ok materials . I have been annoyed so much for the fact that they used food wrap as protective film on the chrome pieces . It took me forever to remove them but yet there are still so much of the plastic left over that I cannot remove . I mean come on , who would use plastic wrap on a massage chair. Let’s talk about how it feels to be massaged on it . The roller is pretty hard and will not adjust to your body width or anything like that . So it hurts when lay on there . There are many air pockets that provide the “pressure-massage “ , but trust me , it felt like the chair is trying to crush you . The foot roller is most crazy of all , it literally hurt like....hurt . Lol . It’s an ok massage chair but for the price, let’s pass on it

Wish I could get in touch with co
I love this chair. But. I haven’t been able to register it because I can’t get in touch with one person at the company. No one ever answers phone. So this gives me great concern that the product was not registered and I can’t get in touch with anyone. Makes the 3 year warranty questionable. One thing about the chair. I had to cut a yoga mat and put where my back is on the chair because it was too hard on my back, even at the lowest intensity. The remote beeps forever when you turn it on which is annoying. Also wish it was a light up remote.

You're on your own figuring this thing out
The website description has errors and half-truths. That's why I sought a return on this unit. My seller was understanding.1. This unit is not for people taller than 5'10". I'm that height, although I have short legs and a long torso for someone my height. Unless I force myself into a bad posture situation, the rollers never really get to my neck, much less the top of my shoulders. My wife is 5'8" and has similar issues getting good contact. Do not believe that this is designed for someone 6'3"!2. It is designed for heavyweights, which I am. I run around 400lbs (no sense lying), and I have never had a concern about the chair's ability to move me safely while maintaining electromechanical integrity.3. The manual covers safety hazards and the barest amount for installation. There's no directions on manipulating the remote. You get to figure it out on your own. Now, you can say, "Hey Geof, you're getting what you're paying for here," and I agree. Writing manuals is hard work! It's difficult to do well. But not making an effort at all is inexcusable. If a YouTube video were provided, that would be nice.4. At no point is it obvious on how to extend the legs of the unit. More expensive units do body scans and use tension readings to figure out how to extend the legs. With this chair, you just plant your butt, dig in your heels, and drive to the floor (or wall if you're in zero-gravity mode). Unfortunately, the self-actuated mechanical adjustment doesn't stay in place, either. A pin to hold the legs in place until the machine turned off would've been a good, inexpensive design choice.5. It does give a solid massage! I've sat in chairs with MSRPs above $3,000, and those generally give better ones, but I do like this chair, issue #1 to the contrary. [That is objectionable because I have to quickly regain posture less the massagers' travel down my back hurt those structures.]6. The calf/leg settings are a bit of a disappointment. The design choices on this chair to not allow for larger-than-normal calves, something I've never had an issue with in any other massage chair that I've tried. I really *want* a good calf massage, but I generally can't get it since the leg extension's spring loading generally ends up pushing my legs out of the calf channel.7. I would love for there to be adjustments on the foot massage. I like a strong foot massage! But you can't modify the depth, pressure, or speed. I usually just try to withstand the foot massage as long as I can before turning it off. This is not the chair that I would have ordered had I sat down in it. I purchased from Amazon (or would have for another online retailer) to not pay a middle man. I still did so, but the markup from Amazon chair sellers seems to be far lower than in-store support. There's a lot to be said for buying a chair that you've sat in! That's why I've written this review. If you're 5'7" and 250lbs or less, you will like this chair. If you're larger, you will likely be disappointed.
