Janus 100% Merino Wool Baby Kids Balaclava Machine Washable Made in Norway

This was my favorite splurge for my toddler last winter. We have lots of hats since it gets quite cold here in the winter, and this is the hat that the toddler did not take off after 5 seconds and actually enjoyed wearing. It's a fantastic warm but not scratchy wool and fits perfectly; her eyes are clear but ears are well covered. Will be buying more in the bigger sizes as she grows.

lovely balaklava but buy two sizes up. doesn't stretch much

These balaclavas are soft and feel well-made. The stitching seems solid. The fit is snug, and they are a slim knit to fit easily inside a coat hood and under a shirt collar. The weight feels about like a medium sweatshirt, but smooth on both sides. They seem to run small, according to measurements. My 3 year old's head measures about 50 cm. I bought a grey 51/53 and a blue 53/55. The grey should be her size but was too snug; the blue fit better.

Very nice and warm. But seems little bit small. I measured my baby's head before ordering: 47 cm. I ordered 47-49. Does not cover forehead, too tight and leaves marks on little face, so not as it should be. Go with size up. Otherwise it's great.Updated: ordered second one. Size 51/53 for this winter. And it is just perfect! Very warm and coveres baby's ears and neck. Like it very much!

This is the best winter hat you could possible buy for a fussy 2 year old! I don't understand why more kids don't wear balaclava's as they keep whole head warm and one's neck, which is great for active toddlers.

My 5 year old loves this balaclava. Lightweight and quite warm.

This stays on babies head. He still tries to pull it off his head, but it still keeps his ears covered at all times
