Introducing the 10000W model of SolarEdge's cool new inverter product line . . . the SE10000H-US with SolarEdge's HD Wave technology! If you're a solar PV newcomer, than a brief intro to SolarEdge inverter is due! SolarEdge split 2 core functions of a typical solar inverter into 2 devices. MPPT (maximum power point tracking) and voltage management happen at the individual panel level with SolarEdge's DC optimizer. But the inversion of DC to AC happens centrally at the inverter itself (in this case the SE10000H-US). The result is a very efficient, well-designed, very popular alternative to typical string inverters and microinverters. So what's new in the new HD-Wave line up? Solar Edge is a Rip Off Company
I bought a Solar Edge inverter like the one shown. After It was paid off I can no longer monitor the Electric production of my system ! I filed a report with their so-called support and they have done nothing . There is supposed to be a 12 year warranty on it but I see that's a crock, just a scam to sell their faulty equipment ! My suggestion, don't buy from Solar edge !

They changed it without changing the unit number.
I got a Solar Edge SE10000H inverter thru a California company. It showed up with no display at all. It has three tiny lights that indicate status but no display screen. After it is all installed the installer has to down load a set up APP from Apple or Google and install that on his phone or pad. Then he has to interface with the inverter and set that up. That took over an hour. Then for the owner to monitor his system he has to download an app from Apple or Google and install that on his phone or pad. Then he has to try to make that interface with the inverter. And to top it off, if you want to monitor your numbers you either have to have WiFi or let use a mobile hot spot from your phone to get it to work. If you are going to buy this, INSIST you get one with the displays on the unit so do not have to mess around with all the apps and setups. If I knew they changed the product to one that required all these externals to set up I never would have bought this product.

SolarEdge SE10000H-US Easy to set up.
SolarEdge SE10000H-US was very easy to install.The one with the display is the older model do NOT get that, lots of issues, I was hell bent on that model but got the newer one, it has been up 1 year now with no issues.There application is very easy to use, it will show kWH, total kW for the day, week, month and so on.There tech support is fantastic! During the install there is a one time Set-It-and-Forget-it setup, easy-peasy!

I lease mine thank God
My inverter took a crap after 15 months,,Sunrun replaced it and gave me a $77credit..sure glad I am leasing at a set price
