I was doing the green smoothie thing for years. The problem is that it's very time consuming and I wasn't getting to it everyday. I was skeptical of this supplement, but I amazed at the results. Rarely does something exceed my expectations. I have a sensitive body, unfortunately, and I have to be careful with what I put into my body. Some multivitamins make me feel spacey or cause other nasty side effects. After taking this stuff for just a few weeks, my energy hasn't increased much. However, my mood throughout the day is much more calm and even. My body's nervous system can handle more stress throughout the day and take it in stride. I do think and feel better as a result. Also, the biggest surprise was the improvement in digestion. I've long had digestion issues since my 20's, and this is the only thing that has helped without negative side effects. I'm currently trying to find out what kind of enzymes they use in this product. I've tried other enzymes before, but they usually bother my stomach. This product seems to have figured out a good balance of enzymes and plants. I only take 1 pill of this stuff per day and it does plenty. Just be aware that it has made me more hungry before meals, and my appetite has improved. Because of this, I strongly recommend not taking this on an empty stomach.

I took two tablets with food (as suggested) the evening I got the product, and by afternoon the next day I could already tell the difference in how I felt - better energy (wonderfully so), and I even had better mind functioning - was able to multi-task more effectively. I had energy to stay up later than usual, then slept better when I went to bed. I bought this product simply to increase my intake of a greater variety of nutrients. I'm recovering from injuries from an accident, and food preparation has often been taxing. I was eating healthy food, but often cutting corners and eating what was less trouble to prepare, just for the sake of convenience or to satisfy snack cravings. This product is also easy on my digestive system. I will be ordering this again. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for flavor, only because not everyone enjoys that "green" taste of barley grass and other greens that is noticeable when you take it - though I myself enjoy it. Recommended dosage is 2 tablets 1-3 times a day, but I find that once a day is giving me what I need. All around excellent.

Organic. Energy is minimal, hopefully will increase. At my advanced age I'm not expecting overnight miracles. The "SUPERFOOD BEETS" are an important part of a healthy balanced diet, exercise & good sleep. I have felt incremental spurts of increased energy at times although it still might be too soon to really assess the overall effect of "SUPERFOOD BEETS", and will give an update later. No questionable "Other Ingredients" is a plus, although I wish they'd left out the "Maltodextrin". Anyway, they're worth a try if you're looking for some extra energy. UPDATE- 5/24/2020--- I'M ADDING 1 MORE STAR (4 stars now). HAVE NOTICED AN UPTICK IN MY ENERGY LEVEL, AND WHEREAS BEETS ARE TO HELP INCREASE BLOOD CIRCULATION, LOW AND BEHOLD, I'VE NOTICED THE VEINS IN THE ARMS HAVE GOTTEN BIGGER. IT'S STILL IMPORTANT THOUGH TO GET A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP AND EAT REASONABLY HEALTHY.

I had read a review from someone about how they FeelGood 365 Beet root and I was impressed so I thought it would be worth a try. I ordered a bottle and received it the very next day through Amazon Prime. I started immediately and believe it or not, I felt better within 24 hours. I had increased energy. I have taken in for 4 days now and so far, this is the results I have seen, which is exactly what I was looking for. I am looking forward to see what other benefits arise from using this product. At this price point, it is most definitely worth trying.

They were easy to swallow. Kinda smell like gerbil pellets but not too strong to make me not want to take them. It is a vitamin. The bottle said to text a code to a number(had to pay a small fee to send the text) and I'd receive a free bottle of something else. So I did my part and they never came through with that. I'm not sure what that was about. But it kinda made me feel a certain way because I was waiting excitedly to try something else. I don't think it's good to offer that to your customers if you don't mean it.

Wouldn’t be without these greens! Keeps your gut and bowels operating smoothly too.

I live in a remote mountain area where I don't have ready access to fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, and because of the climate, only a few isolated options can be be grown here. SuperFruit Reds not only provides me with most of the benefits of fresh fruit, it has boosted my energy 5-10 fold. I have to admit that I was lagging prior to taking this supplement and I couldn't understand why last year at this time I was still doing OK as far as energy goes.
