Healthy Snack
I first bought this item when I was not well and could only drink liquids. It was recommended on the list of things I could eat. You sip it hot from the container. I dreaded the idea, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was tasty. I continued to purchase the broth and drink it sometimes when I want a snack. It is a protein, so I can have a snack I enjoy that fills me up and has no carbs. Give it a try.

Good tasting, simple ingredients
Good broth. I like the convenient size, and I've found so many uses besides sipping a cup.

Really convenient and tastes great
I was advised to add bone broth to my diet by a nutritionist, so I’ve been experimenting. I’ve made my own, which tastes the best but is time consuming, I’ve tried expensive organic concentrates, which are decent, but I keep coming back to these Swanson chicken bone broth cups. They not only have a really nice savory chicken flavor, they are also incredibly convenient, and as someone trying to recover from a serious illness, I have to account for that when I make choices. They are easily microwaved and are drinkable right away, and I can taste only chicken and vegetables. In fact, my cats demand I pour them a tablespoon to share with them. I have to drink it while it is piping hot or the flavor falls flat, but that’s true for all broths and stocks eaten alone. I do recycle the cups and cardboard, but I still feel a little guilty about all the packaging waste I’m creating. I do highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try bone broth without making a large investment in time and materials.

Tastes great and it’s comforting
I tried this the other day and it tasted pretty good. I heated it in a different cup before I wasn’t crazy about the idea of using the disposable container for heating unless necessary. It would be good for using in a workplace setting, but probably not necessary at home. I dropped one container and it broke, sending broth everywhere. It’s a good idea to consider how fragile the container is when you carry it with you, especially if you put it in your purse. Heating the broth in a regular cup only took a minute or so in the microwave. I checked it after a minute so it didn’t get too hot and blow out of the cup. I’m planning to start using bone broth more often, but I’m going to get larger containers because I don’t need to transport it. The texture and flavor are relaxing and comforting as I sip it, especially on a cold day. It’s great with a good book or video when curling up for a break, but it would also be good for a convenient protein boost in the workplace. I would have loved it when I was still working because I normally worked through my breaks and this type of food doesn’t get your hands dirty while you work. I would have given it five stars, but I wasn’t thrilled with the container.

A Great Light Soup
Not bad. The soup has a decent flavor to it. The soup leans slightly heavily on the celery/onion flavor, I feel. I think the tomato paste is mainly for density and color, rather than anything else. The size is good. After 1 minute of heating and 1 minute of standing, and a nice stir, it's ready to drink without burning within a few minutes, unlike some of the others where it has to sit for 10 minutes not to burn you. Very easy to use and consume. Just be sure to hand wash your lids first. Good value. This was one of those soups where it didn't have a bunch of flavors to it, but at the same time had just enough that you didn't want to put it down and wanted to consume it all at once... Just like the other flavors, this one also had a small amount of solid material flecks at the bottom, even after shaking very well. Not a huge issue. They are small enough in this one that you don't notice them - in the other flavors, if you're a picky person, you do.

Yuck
I got this because I had to be on a liquid diet prior to a medical procedure. It was awful.

Good flavor, not just salt.
This broth has a really nice rich flavor. It is not too salty or fatty and you can really taste the vegetables that went into the broth. (No pieces, just liquid) Most of the chicken broth I have tried before has been overwhelmingly salty with a hint of artificial chicken flavor. This was a very nice change, and certainly much healthier. A bit pricey, though.
