new design total scam
total scam. previous version had a smaller bendable tube and was very accurate and no waste cleaning pots and other contacts in vintage stereo equipment you don't need much. This new can has stuff unchangeable tube twice the size. You end up wasting half a can trying to clean end up spraying everything around trying to clean whatever yiu aim at its like using an out of control fire hose. deoxit knows the more you use the more cans you buy? It turned into a useless design. My advice avoid it like the plague. Com On Man!

this is a great product it takes the snap crackle and pop out of volume & tone pots ! it's my 2nd can the first one lasted for years!

This stuff saved my old speakers and sub volume knobs!
Fairly new to the audio scene, I researched what would fix the scratching on volume knobs of some old speakers I had. Disassembled the amp and got to the capicator inside the volume knob and gave this a few sprays and let it dry. No more having to set my sub volume to where it won't scratch. Also used on volume knob of some klipsch 2.1s without disassembly and fixed them too!

Great for electric guitars/effects pedals
This product is spectacular at reducing/eliminating noise in old/dirty electric guitar and effects pedal volume/tone and other parameter adjustment pots and pickup selector switches. I have completely gotten rid of noise in 20+ year old heavily oxidized and dirty adjustment pots and switches in several guitars and pedals many times with 1 or 2 applications. This product will save you a lot of money on paying a music shop to go through your equipment. They probably use it as well!
