Brodys Cake Batter Soft Serve Mix, 3 lb Bag (Works Great for Rolled Ice Cream)

Brody's soft serve ice cream mix is a favorite. The day I ordered it from you, I was looking at the mix and checking delivery options. Then it said, "Thank you for your order" and put the mix and another item on order. I cancelled the other item because I was not ready to order it yet. I accepted the order for Brody's ice cream mix. Days later I noticed that it was "Cookie Dough Flavor" which is not what I wanted. When I cancelled the order it said that it had already been shipped.

I normally use another brand, but they did not have cake batter flavor so I opted for this one. The flavor is excellent, but the texture is not as smooth as other brands I’ve used. When mixing with whole milk I could not get it to fully dissolve for some reason. I use a Cuisinart ice cream maker and it froze and thickened in less than 15 minutes, but was slightly icy in texture. We added cubes of sprinkle vanilla cake, a frosting swirl, and sprinkles and it turned out amazing. The flavor of the ice cream alone is super tasty and is very enjoyable on its own.
