This is the multi vitamin I prefer. It has vitamins and minerals and is a small size to make it easy to swallow. I found this large bottle that will last my family for a year.

When you find yourself unmotivated and unenergized, try these. I found they gave me a "lift" I did not get from my B-complex. There are just sometimes when you get older that you need a gentle pick-me-up to rev your motor again, like older cars in the winter. These gave me what I needed without stomach upset or nervousness. I recommend them for that little extra boost.

The pill size is small and still includes minerals with daily vitamins. The value for this price was great!
