Necessary part of my bedtime routine, effective!

Not sure why they ask about flavor because you're not able to really taste it if you're doing it right. However I usually have a very difficult time sleeping and found myself and insomniac as I've gotten older. I've tried a lot of different products to sleep without trying to become habit forming and this product has provided an option for me. This product works well allows me to fall asleep and I'm able to stay asleep longer after taking it. I do try to stop taking it every couple of days and just go back to regular melatonin so that I don't have any issues with staying awake when I take it. But it does the job and allows me to get past the really difficult times of insomnia.

These work like a charm for my insomnia. They knock you out fast! And you wake up refreshed with no lingering drowsiness. Also very great deal for the quanity!

These little blue capsules are so easy for me to swallow which has been a problem with other medications I have tried. There is no unpleasant smell or taste associated with this product.

I've tried multiple different over the counter sleeping pills and nothing worked well. They would always help me fall asleep, but a few hours later I'd be wide awake. That's not the case with these. They help me fall asleep and stay asleep. If I do wake up in the middle of the night for any reason, I'm able to easily fall back asleep and I feel great in the morning.

This is a great product for a great price. The softgel pills are easy to swallow and are tasteless. I will be buying more in the future.

This product works like a charm. I feel a bit groggy the next day but I really feel that’s unavoidable with sleep aids.Note: I’ll probably get tablet form next time so I can half a pill if needed instead of taking a whole. Keep that in mind if you do the same at times.

Every time I take these pills, I wake up in the night super restless. I stopped taking them and the restlessness stopped. I looked it up and apparently the active ingredient, diphenhydramine, can aggravate RLS, so sufferers of this syndrome beware!
