Elegance Vitamin Gel Strong Hold, 16.9 oz

I have curly hair. It's a little thick. When it's short, it looks straightish, but puffy. When it is long, it curls and puffs as it gets drier. This stuff works so well as taming my hair. I shower every morning, towel dry my hair as much as possible, and comb it over with this stuff. As long as my hair is initially dry enough after the towel dry, it will keep my hair straight throughout the day. It smells great, and the hold is really good, but not crunchy.Rain and sweat will cause it to rewet which makes my hair curl even with the gel, but I've yet to find a product that can hold in those situations.Pomade and wax do not work with my hair if it's longer than an inch. This stuff is great.

Excellent hair gel! I needed something to keep the hair out on my 2 children's eyes. They're 3 and 5 and very active. This stuff works and generally lasts most of the day, as long as they don't fuss with it or sweat excessively. Don't get it too wet or it will completely lose hold. My older son sweats more than my younger one so I can see the difference. It doesn't dry to a helmet-head look. You can tell there's gel in your hair, but it's more natural looking. I also love the smell. It's not particularly masculine which I like. It's a fresh, clean smell... Which I would much rather have on my boys. It's a great product and fantastic value including over a pound of gel. This would probably last at least a good 6 months with daily use. As long as I need hair gel, this will be my go-to.

My thick dry hair loves this. It gives great stretch. With healthy ingredients that not only hold my hair and curls, it also doesn’t flake nor cause breakage. My barber uses this at his shop. I always loved the way my hair looked right after getting it cut. All of the gel products I would buy locally just didn't work well. Finally I got smart and asked my barber for the brand and a container of the gel. He sold me a container and now I am hooked. I came to Amazon to see if they had the gel here and they do and $4.00 less than the cost my barber charges. Amazing Gel. I haven't finished the container I bought from my barber and I just got my order from Amazon today. I probably won't have to buy gel again for 6-8 months. I will never go back to the other crap Ive been using over the years. Buy it today and save yourself some money. Works really well with hold without feeling like you're wearing a piece of plastic on your head, just use it and forget it. Word of advise, a little goes a long long way. The first time I used it my head felt shellacked, now for shorter hair I don't even scoop it out but instead just dip my finger in and get enough. You need so little and get so much it'll probably last my several years.

This product holds up and smells great. If I added too much it does get a little hard but still looks great and does not have the little white flakes like other brands. You only need a little dab and it will go a long way and smell excellent!

Love this product. Not greasy when applied. Stats on for a good long time. Will buy again Good price but expensive shipping for the big tub.
