Slicing this real thin it is a pleasure to eat.

Very good product.

The product arrived quickly and in good condition, but I am a bit disappointed in the actual quality. It is very salty , leaner, dark and chewy and the flavor is not similar to Italian Coppa. The meat is more "beefy" and less "porky" than I typically see in original Italian products. Still edible, but not really Coppa, and I will try to find a different supplier going forward.

Amazing product, it almost reached the levels of crafmasnship of the Italian counterparts. The flavour is so sutile it made an amazing "antipasto" on a regularly basis

The one I received was super dry, I got the spicy one at the same time and it was awesome! They must have let mine hang too long, the flavor is ok not awesome for my taste.

Simply delicious. This is one of the most popular cold cuts in Argentina, where I'm from, and this coppa (bondiola) exceeded my expectations. No need to miss home!!!!!!!!!

Yum! Don't be a me and try to eat the whole thing in a few days.

compared to a coppa I used to find in a local butcher, even by slicing very thing, this coppa is a little bit on the had to chew side.
