I originally picked up this 2-pack of Intermerge TPU license plate frames for our Mercedes-Benz SL 550, specifically because the soft material wouldn’t scratch the paint. They’ve exceeded expectations — flexible, durable, and protective in all the right ways.Since then, I’ve installed them on my son’s Honda Accord 2.0T Touring (daily driven year-round in Ohio), his 2001 Audi TT Quattro, and our recently purchased 2019 BMW 330i xDrive. Very good quality without hiding the registration decals. The Tag goes in from the side and is totally encased in a scratch proof frame. No more metal frames for me.

Test fitted this on my plate, its a great quality looking silicone Carbon Fiber, however its a little too beefy on edges so it is wider/thicker, which doesn't allow me to use some frames. I found brand to solve this, as It's a little more low profile and not as beefy on the edges so works better, plus The plates fit in more tighter, So the tolerances are good, however that brand has some vented squares on the back for some reason which I'm afraid will allow moisture and condensation to come in the back side which isn't a big deal since the plates are aluminum but it is regarding the hardware Rusting. This doesn't have the holes in the back to allow moisture condensation water to seep in which I really like!...However Comparing both, they both had the slots on the bottom to allow any water to escape.I would recommend this product, however be aware that your license plate frame might not be able to fit over this.

Good quality material and was easy to install. All hardware was included, which was nice. Looks good behind my license plate and has been holding strong for almost a year now with no color fade.

I love These things your license plate slides in Slides out very Easy if you need to change your license plates. And they are very legal they don't cover no lettering on the license plate and they are pretty sturdy I've bought more than one pair of these I would recommend as a buyer.

I just bought a new car recently, and lots of accessories from Amazon! This is so much better than a metal license plate frame for me. It keeps the plate from touching/hitting against the car (although my dealer did install a base that prevents this anyway). I had nice chrome plate holders on my last car and they did look nice, but I wanted something different this time. I love that you slide the plate in! It fits very nicely, and I think holds it better than frames that just sit on top of the plate and rattles against it. This feels sleek and like it's part of the car. No regrets.

These plate frames work and look ok but they were twice the price of others that do the same thing. I bought them because it looked like the screws would fit. They did not. They were too small for the existing holes. I had to go buy screws.
