Yes, this contraption really works. You do have to take the effort to pull it over your head but dog gone it this thing really works!!I was even able to utilize the clip on the end to attach an ID card.It was a huge effort to take this gizmo off and I repeatedly do that each day in hope that doing so will increase my strength.Really it is great.
