It cuts and flips and scoops. It’s nice.
I love love love this and I’m ordering another one for my boyfriend’s house right now. I can never find this in stores. I use it in my new stainless steel frying pans to flip eggs and sausage patties and to get servings of lasagna, cake, pizza and cookies off the pans.

Very large pancake turner
I purchased this to turn my pancakes, because my other spatulas were not wide enough. I have not had a chance to use this one yet. I will tell you that it is very wide, much wider than I had expected. I guess I will have to make really big pancakes from now on. I think it would really work well on smash burgers.

Easy to use
I love this spatula. I can flip 2 eggs at a time. I also have used it to make omelets and they turn out perfect.

Heavy Duty and holds up under use
These things are great for smash burgers! There's no flex and no worrying if your going to break the handle. I use it alot also for the larger size pancakes I like to make. This one was bought for a friend but I've been using mine for 2 years with no problem. It has the thin edge that makes it so much easier to get under whatever your turning instead of pushing it around the pan or flat top. Just buy it, you won't regret it!
